Booking Terms

J&J Pro services operates between the hours of 7 am - 11 pm all year round. The lasting booking for the day will be at 9 pm for a duration of two (2) hours. For cleaning services outside the listed business hours, you may make a special request via email, just send us an email at with your special circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Happiness Guarantee Policy

J&J Pro services offers a Happiness Guarantee to all customers who are able to complete a walk through at the end of service. We want to ensure that we meet all the expectations of each client. However, in order to do so, we request your presence or that detailed instructions is left. This is to ensure that you may express your priority areas to the cleaner. In the event that the customer waives their right to be present at the end of service for a walk through, the customer also waives their right to the Happiness Guarantee policy. Clients must confirm to an email or give us a call to skip a particular area in the apartment, an eg client asking professional to skip dishes.  The Happiness Guarantee Policy is that all customers is left fully satisfied.


We eliminate this burden for our clients and certainly have the right product for the job unless request otherwise. 

Most of our cleaners are pet friendly and would be more than happy to meet the furry member of your family. We only ask that when your booking please to inform us about your pet so we could bring the specific products thats pet friendly. 


If you wish to reschedule a cleaning appointment with us, at least 24 hours notice is required, however, if you cancel between  24 -12 hours before the booking time a fee of $30 is charged, between 12 - 3 hours before the booking time a fee of $45 is charged.


If a client cancels their appointment less than 3 hours before the booking, there will be no refund.

Refund policy

If the client is not available for booking and Pro waits for 30 mins after the arrival time, we will cancel and no refund will be granted.

No show policy

We happily provide our services when customers are not at home. All our professionals completes a background check and are fully vetted.

Servicing when Clients home or Absent

Damage claims are reported via email to the company Support@ Damages are paid for through our company. All damage claims must be made within 36 hours after cleaning is completed.
